The Creative Treatment, a Bismarck-based media production company founded by award-winning media producer Matt Fern, announced a leadership transition that positions the company for its next chapter of growth.

As part of this transition, Easton Bennett will serve as President & Creative Director, leading day-to-day operations and creative direction for The Creative Treatment. Bennett has worked closely with Fern for several years and has already been serving as a primary point of contact for many clients.

“This is a natural next step for The Creative Treatment after years of collaboration,” said Fern. “Easton has been leading projects, managing client relationships, and shaping our creative direction for over a year now."

Since 2011, The Creative Treatment has grown alongside major shifts in media and marketing, producing work for clients ranging from local nonprofits to national brands. Over the years, the company has been behind countless commercials, podcasts, music videos, and branded content, earning multiple American Advertising Awards along the way.

Bennett will oversee daily operations while maintaining the company’s established standards, team structure, and client relationships. “The focus is continuity,” said Bennett. “We’re keeping the same team, standards, and creative approach in place at The Creative Treatment.”

Fern will remain involved with The Creative Treatment while also pursuing independent media projects. Clients can expect no disruption to current or future projects.
